This privacy policy applies to the KrugerGuide mobile application (the "Application" or "Service") developed by Kruger Guide (Pty) Ltd, 17 Wexford Road, Vredehoek, Cape Town, 8001 (referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and our website.
The Application is provided as a Freemium service "AS IS." By using our Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

- Service interaction: pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, diagnostic data

3.3 Information from Third-Party Social Media Services
The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:
- Apple Sign-in
If You decide to register through or grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal Data already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as Your name, email address, activities, or contact list.
3.4 Information Collected While Using the Application
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:
- Location information: Information regarding your location (approximate geographical location)
- Camera and photos: Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device settings.
4. Location Information
The Application collects your Device's approximate location to provide:
- Geolocation services: personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based features
- Analytics and improvements: aggregated location data to analyze user behavior and improve the Application
- Third-party services: anonymized location data may be shared with external services to enhance functionality
We do not collect precise real-time location information. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or may be simply stored on Your Device.
